đżâ¨ Introducing “Lin of the Fields of Tree” â A Cozy Tale of Magic, Memory, and the Whispers of the Stars â¨đż
Dear kindred spirits, tea lovers, and stargazers alike,
Something magical is brewingâand itâs not just the tea.
Iâm beyond thrilled to finally invite you into the world of my debut novella: Lin of the Fields of Tree (codename Leaf), a story that feels like wrapping yourself in a quilt stitched from moonlight, mist, and the quiet hum of ancient knowledge. It’s a tale for lovers of Howlâs Moving Castle, The Secret Garden, and Harry Potter, and it gently tiptoes into soft science fictionâlike a wisp of stardust you didnât know was resting on your shoulder all along.
đ¸ About the Book
Hidden in the misty slopes of an ancient mountain range lies a forgotten tea plantation. There, a quiet girl named Lin lives alone, steeping herbs and memories, and tending to the legacy of a family she barely remembers. But this isnât just any field, and Lin is no ordinary girl. Every plant in her garden hums with energy, every flower whispers secrets. And when she brews the right combination of leavesâsomething wakes.
Lin discovers she is a Weaver of Knowledge, part of a forgotten order connected to a strange, radiant Stone buried in the soil long ago. Each plant holds a truth, each color a different effect With every steeped petal, Lin isnât just making teaâsheâs remembering something the world has tried to forget.
đ Why Youâll Fall in Love Instantly
This is a story written for the quiet dreamers, the herb gatherers, the bookstore lingerers, the girls and boys who keep journals full of pressed flowers and unfinished poems. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt that magic must exist somewhere just out of sight.
The prose is warm and lyricalâlike reading by candlelight in a room that smells like chamomile and ink. It explores themes of memory, nature, legacy, and finding your own way to heal a world thatâs forgotten how to listen.
Itâs also the first door into a much bigger universeâthe soft roots of what will grow into my upcoming trilogy: Space Station One. Yes, Linâs cozy, botanical magic has threads that will later stretch beyond the starsâinto a world where science fiction and folklore entwine like vines around a trellis.
đż Where We Are Now
Iâm currently writing Lin of the Fields of Treeâchapter by chapter, cup by cupâand sharing glimpses of my process and inspiration along the way. The story is coming to life like wildflowers in spring, and I want you to be part of this blooming journey.
If you’re part of the BookTok, Bookstagram, or cozy fantasy communitiesâyou are absolutely the soul this story is meant for. đŤđ
